By purchasing or enrolling in any course, training programme, webinar, digital resource, or certification programme through our platform, you agree to these Payment Terms & Conditions.

1. Payments

All purchases are one-time payments only.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and supported payment providers, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Klarna
  • Clearpay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

PayPal is not accepted.

We do not store your payment card details.

2. Currency & Pricing

Course prices may be displayed in multiple currencies depending on your location and Stripe’s multi-currency availability.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing updates will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Course Access

Access to purchased courses and materials is granted once payment has been successfully processed.

Access rights are:

  • Individual and non-transferable
  • Intended solely for the registered learner
  • Subject to compliance with these Terms

Sharing login credentials or course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Digital Products & Online Training

All Jolly Courses are digital educational products delivered online through the LearnWorlds platform.

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been used.


5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect purchase made in error and reported within 14 days without any course usage

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Jolly Learning reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails:

  • Course access may not be granted until payment is successfully completed
  • Orders may be automatically cancelled if payment cannot be processed

7. Taxes & VAT

Applicable VAT or local taxes may be added during checkout depending on your billing location and local regulations.

8. Certificates & Course Completion

Certificates will only be issued where:

  • Full payment has been received
  • All required course components have been completed

Jolly Learning reserves the right to withhold certificates where payments remain outstanding.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us:

  • Your account and course access may be suspended during investigation
  • We reserve the right to recover unpaid balances and associated administrative costs where permitted by law


10. Changes to These Terms

Jolly Learning reserves the right to amend these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on:
Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
